F\u00fcr Patientinnen und Patienten, die aufgrund einer Behinderung oder Bettl\u00e4gerigkeit nicht in der Lage sind, die Krankenstation zu erreichen, bieten wir Pflege zuhause an. Einmal pro Woche oder bei Bedarf besuchen Pflegefachkr\u00e4fte und \u00c4rzte die Patientinnen und Patienten zu Hause.<\/p>

Mehrmals im Jahr besuchen wir die umliegenden Gemeinden und Schulen und informieren \u00fcber wichtige Gesundheitsthemen. Ebefalls besuchen wir abgelegene D\u00f6rfer, die unter unzureichender Gesundheitsversorgung leiden, und bieten dort ambulante Hilfe an.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
