“Maisha Mema Foundation Tanzania” is a charitable non-profit–organization registered in Grabs/Switzerland and Tanzania; and presently operates in Bukoba, Tanzania. It was founded in 2016 to address the plight of vulnerable individuals in underserved communities who have limited access to health care. Maisha Mema Foundation Tanzania is founded on Christian values. However, politically and denominationally, it is independent; and provides services to all persons equitably. We are a team of highly motivated people from Tanzania and Switzerland, who are committed to provide sustainable development.

Maisha Mema Foundation Tanzania, through collaborating partners, provides access to medical care to vulnerable communities in Kibanga; mainly by attending to patients at the dispensary and in the community outreach program/ home based care program. The services are offered at highly subsidised rates affordable to the low-income earning community. Special care is also provided to mentally and physically disabled children, who receive from MMF free medical care and provision of aids that improve their mobility. In 2021 Maisha Mema Foundation Tanzania started working with Community development personnel, who are focussing on the villagers’ economic development, through providing micro credits and small businesses to them. As well he is responsible for the personal development of clients through social behaviour change courses and supervision.
